A devoted husband, father of three sons (Joseph, James, and Justin) Michael is engaged with his community, serving as a board member on several non profit organizations ( Rockland Community Foundation, Rockland Farm Alliance, Leadership Rockland, Workforce Development Board for Rockland, Construction Real Estate and Development Chair for the Rockland Business Association, and committee member for ARC of Rockland, Center for Safety and Change, Meals On Wheels). In all his spare time, Mike is a  volunteer firefighter with the West Nyack Fire Department, Legacy Lululemon ambassador, RYT-200 yoga instructor, CrossFit coach, and New York State hiking guide, Michael brings a diverse skill set and a passion for guiding clients through their real estate transactions with ease and enjoyment.

With a robust background in corporate retail at Macy's Inc. and Lord & Taylor, where he led teams and product development in Price Markdown Optimization and Assortment Analytics enterprise wide across 900+ stores.
